There's enough potential teams here for a couple of leagues, easy. Problem is that the franchise owners are too busy worrying about protecting their own assets. They even have play offs between the top 6 teams at the end of the league to see who wins which makes it even worse.

The league is a joke with no threat of relegation. The teams are so comfortable knowing that they just carry on as they are. It's really dull to watch.
