how would you change the rights' situation for programmes broadcast on BBC? (clue - if you don't get agreement then the status quo rules)
would your new financial model balance out the loss of revenue from selling channels, programmes & formats overseas?
do you think the overseas pay-tv channels would be happy to see their ratings trashed by the BBC app?
