people would sign up worldwide and they'd make an absolute fortune

If you sold that package of 10 or so radio stations and 10 (or so) channels as well as the catch up. People would naturally subscribe

Chosing to do that and get the copyrights to be world wide would easily be more financially profitable than a tax on the UK public. It just seems so dated considering the way technology has evolved
