Not disagreeing overall, but I'd query your last point

I remember people saying the same thing when the TV money increased last time, but there's still a healthy range of teams promoted to the Prem. Partly this is because there'll always be financial train wrecks like QPR and Bolton, partly because sugar daddies will keep on buying teams like Bournemouth and partly because Championship football will always be a bit unpredictable.
