we'll still have to carry out a restructure of the playing staff and may not have that much to spend after this season.

There's little guarantee that we'd come straight back up and if we didn't then we'd probably be doomed to the champs for the foreseeable future.

Once the new deal kicks in the clubs coming down will have megabucks and will surely go straight back up - given the size of their advantage
