house prices are being kept artificially high due to help to buy schemes etc.

The possibility of interest rate rises.

Tories are looking to cut tax credits for the working poor.

A lot of small businesses are going to struggle to cope with additional wages demands, increasing dominance of huge corporations and customers having less money to spend.
