Was saying to Mrs AC a few weeks back that my heart sinks when the phone goes on a Friday or Saturday night in case it's a mate trying to drag me out. Now and again it's nice, but I'm more a curry, red wine and box set man now. Which coincidentally is exactly what I'm doing tonight. Early pint in the local first though. Cake and eat it!
