And in the same time frame (i.e. since and including Ron Greenwood era debuts), only

(I think) Trevor Francis, Steve Coppell, Glenn Hoddle, Bryan Robson, Terry Butcher and Stuart Pearce of the white England players have had what you could consider a managerial career.

So, two of the 78 black England players, and 6 of 205 white England players.

That would seem to be pretty damn close in ratio.

Source data - Greenwood gave first debut to black players and since then there have been 78, 929 England debuts pre-Greenwood and 1211 in total). Danny Ings is the most recent in both lists.
