I might be wrong but I feel that Brits are less racist about football than many other

nationalities I've met.

For example the Dutch still talk about the black players and the white players. To test this I actually tried an experiment many years ago on the old board and in my office in Holland. I suggested England set up the team something like this (don't shoot me if they weren't all England players at the time. I can't remember but you'll get the idea):

The reactions I got from the Brits were all like "Defoe on the wing ? Are you mad ?", "Huddlestone is about 12", "Jenas is s**t", "WTF ? You HAVE to play Owen and Beckham !!". From the Dutch the reactions were mostly "where are the white players ?"
