Not enough money to really compete with the best so end up spending too much on average players.
The pressure to avoid relegation results in a lot of chopping and changing.
Hard to imagine Sherwood, advocaat and McLaren surviving through to the end of the season. If they go, suddenly the player merry go round starts again for those clubs.
