Fair enough.

As long as it's not just water you're losing - so many of these diet schemes you have to pay for are just basically fraudulent - they get you to lose body water, thereby seeing a 5, 6, 7 whatever pound "weight-loss", to get you to believe that this diet must be a proper winner - by that point you've already paid, so the company couldn't care less that the weight will just come back. If you want to lose weight, you need to measure body fat, not mass.
