As for Seb's passing, it makes sense that some of his passes are likely to be easier to get accurate given he may not be in a clustered midfield or the final third of the pitch.

I'm glad both him and Russ are able to walk the ball out of the back when required and I like how Russ starts attacks too when we need it at times
