A tip I was given...

I walk everywhere. I walk 50mins into work each morning and walk home. My feet are fine when I'm walking and throughout the day, it's only when I've been resting for a long period, or sleeping, that they hurt. Someone I know who also has it suggested writing the alphabet with her feet each morning, stretching her foot with each line, helps her to lessen the pain of walking when she first gets up. I tried it and it did help.
