I've got in one of my feet (self diagnosed). I think I got it from standing up

too much when I was working around 20 hours a week in a tight room configuring routers

Used to wake up in the morning and it would take me about 10 minutes from limping to walking properly. Strange feeling

Rest cured it. I know it's common in runners, is that how you've done it?

Suppose the advice there is, the injury is lots of little fibres tightening up whilst you're a sleep. You can walk/run it off each day, but you're slowing damaging those fibres on a regular basis. Eventually it will evolve into tendonitis

Is there a way you can manage it instead of stopping completely? Halfing your running for a while?
