is it essential to register as ones username? what i mean is

multiple registrations is this possible or is it once and onetime only? not that i want to post multiple entries in a vain bid to do well in the yellalee predictions league but i was wondering, nay, pondering if such a thing were possible and if it were, then how could such a menace be prevented?
