Norwich fan who suffers the difficulties and despairs of the season only to be rewarded with the final triumphant scenes at wemberley. I could play that role (or else cast Jennifer Lawrence as me and then Old Man at least will go). Your first scene would still stand as a magnificent opening - you'd tell the rest in flash back.
By the way, I did a course on introduction to film studies at evening class a few years back if you need any more help.
