morning poppets, wages advice please
if someone was working for a large company but on a self-employed contract basis and had to sort their own finance s**t out using an third party "umbrella company" to do the payroll shizz who were creaming off a fee... well it appears there is an option to set up ones self as a limited company and save a wedge on vat and take a dividend annually insted of an umbrella company hiving of a big old wedge. A free IR35 review as well.
that s**t, anyone know anything about that sort of money s**t and a if poss recommendation of a firm that does it for a fixed monthly fee? Also who does the governance of these monkeys? Does the Financial Ombudsman have it all in hand or are they unregulated scoundrels. I'd google it ylf but I'm far too busy.
cheers in advance beans pens
