Chopping and changing

I always thought that swapping the kit every year or two seemed to be relatively recent marketing gimmick, but looking at that lot, they've been at it from day one. Can you imagine the Wrath response in 1923 when some marketing whiz kid said "how 'bout we try blue and white ?"
