I have a spreadsheet on a pen drive
And that spreadsheet is passworded (obviously)
I first called it a diary in 2007 when I started it, and only had one sheet for money budgets and social plans
Whenever I needed to remind myself of something, or just wanted to write down something someone recommended to me, I'd type in there, and I'd forget but see it on the spreadsheet later
Anyway, 2 years back I created a new sheet on the tabs of this file called "Passwords", and they're all in there. Whenever I have no idea what my password is, I go to that spreadsheet and copy the username and password over. Done
Have another sheet called "work passwords" for the 7 I need at work, which have lots of complex rules (1 lower case, one number, one capital, at least 9 letters long etc etc). That sheet is essential for copy and pasting because the passwords are just garble
Give that a try, you'll use it for a lot more than just the above, you'll start putting everything in it after a while
