Oh sure, but I'm talking about how I can dip in and out of these

I think this all happened by accident. I don't buy milk at home, so I'd never drink black tea. I only ever drink de caf coffee because coffee can make me anxious after 5 cups

So, because of this, I could drink 7-8 cups of de caf all weekend, and then hit the same routine at work. 2 weeks of this can pass and then I'll think "do you know what, I want a tea?". I get that great feeling and perk up. Then I have another and go back to de caf

Same the next day, but 3-4. Within a few days I'll wonder why I've done very little work. Nothing will feel different mentally, I won't be tired

It's easy for me to join the dots for this because I eat healthy and sleep well. Whether it's caffeine dehydration or as I'm suggesting, simple crashing that's going on

A couple of years back, I was drinking diet energy drinks (notorius for high levels of caffeine). I used to just say I was tired because it was winter and the end of the year was nearly (because we get 12 days off). I knew it was the energy drinks, and that's an extreme example. I'm very certain from my own personal experience, that caffeine in regular amounts disrupts my working life
