It was f**king fabulous.

The Wrathcoach was wonderful. I was,a backseat boy. Got to Wembley about 1100 then went straight to The Torch. Saw the queue, thought "f**k that" then done one to The Crock of Shit, which was hardly salubrious but got served quickly and doubled up. Then met my old schoolmate who'd come over from Amsterdam. We caned some tinnies and some vodka opposite The Crock and had a merry time. Then met my mum and dad and walked down with them. Got in the ground at about 1415 up the escalators (which I loved), quick pint then up to my seat.
You know the next bit: what a f**king fabulous couple of hours. I don't think I've ever been so happy at the football in all my life; it was just so perfect I'm not sure words can do it justice.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Then back on the Wrathcoach, (which I found remarkably easily in the car park considering how pissed and elated I was by then), bares, bares, more bares and a bottle of wine plus lots of singing and jollity with lots of my dear friends and some people I'd never met and back in The Fine City before closing! Went to The Bell had a couple then hit POW Road. It all turned into bit of a sambuca-fuelled fug after that but I was just so happy!
A brilliant day, an historical day, a beautiful day! I loved it...
