Wembley pubs for Norwich fans and can you get a beer at the stadium?

Looking through a Boro site they named several pubs as if they have been allocated to them. Would make sense for the police to keep the fans apart. Only been to the new Wembley once and I'm sure there was a uefa rule about no alcohol to be served 2 hours before a international game.
Was about 5 years ago so maybe I've got that wrong. Guess they will be selling pints in the ground for ?8 a pint in a plastic pint glass!! Going to be a costly day but who cares if we win
