nope, it is totes f**ked :(

i spent hour and a bit on the blower to them today, hung up, wept like a baby, booted the cat over the garden wall and spent the rest of the day jetwashing everything in range.

apparently a "senior engineer" is coming monday to spend a few hours in my house for no reason whatsoever.

i'm putting the f**king place on the market and moving.
