it shouldn't really count as living abroad i suppose as forces personnel posted overseas pay a contribution in lieu of council tax equal to the average council tax cost in the UK, they pay UK tax. not really living abroad at all. you seem unaware that conscription ended yonks ago it's a volunteer army now? or, are you basically a snidey little whining c**t bearly capable of managing the mammoth chip atop each of your sloping shoulders?
