re UKIP, agree. re NHS
we're probably on the same page (my family is a heavy user of the NHS - wife is actually an in-patient today, so we didnt get to vote) but I didn't see anything from Labour that filled me with any confidence that they would do a better job with it than the Tories. And that's not saying that I think they are doing a good job, btw.
