Tweaking my own question slightly

I'm going to assume that the UKIPers have no chance of getting in even if i misuse my super powers, because there arent enough fools/racists in the country for them to win under any circumstances. So it will either be Labour + ideots or Conservatives + ideots (ideots + ideots in both cases if you like).

Either of those would make some things better and f**k up some other things, so on balance I can let either wreak there own little bit of havoc, while securing the safe passage of our lovely boys back into Her Majesty's Premier League without worry.
