that the EU is a whole different can of worms and I don't think anyone would argue that it needs seriously reforming.

We haven't had a specific say on the EU since we voted to join in the 70's, so maybe it's about time.

I don't think we will vote to leave in a referendum, so for that reason, I see no harm in having one. It would make UKIP totally irrelevant for a start.
