As I'm sure you know...
that percentage being agreed doesn't really matter.
What matters is whether they are good deals and we won't really know the whole truth of that for decades and even then each deal should be judged on its individual merits.
Tories, Labour, and Lib Dems have all agreed to PFI deals. As a percentage of govt spending PFI is still relatively small in the scheme of things.
