Good night. For the last few days I've slept really badly. I've had a blocked nose

so I've struggled to breathe properly.

Tonight though, I've gone for it. I've had sudafed for blocked noses, an Olbas inhaler and some Vick rubbed on.

Touch wood, I am now breathing through both nostrils I'm really hoping sleep soundly!
