There are a few like that
QPR particularly notorious. Basically you can't see the goalline or about another two feet up to be honest.
My favourite view though was the pop side at the Baseball Ground when I went with some Rams pals.
Like watching through a letter box. No view at all above crossbar height because of the overhanging tier above.
