itpublic interest test I guess?

given football and the FA have a disciplinary process for sporting incidents, absent a serious physical injury caused by something clearly not part of the game (eg headbutting someone and breaking their nose, or punching someone) I'd guess it's difficult to justify prosecuting someone.
