A director - McNally
A manager - vacant
A head scout - whatever his name is from Fulham
A pen pusher and admin boy (because I now can't remember his title) - Ricky Martin
A sage - Joe Royle (for seven hours)

Or am I missing someone out?

So I'm not really answering your question, but it strikes me as that structure would not look out of place at other clubs? But because the title 'football board' was given, suddenly everyone knows that it's defintiely a bad thing (instead of simply a PR blunder that our Board come out with on alarmingly frequent intervals)?
