Transfers? Possibly. As an acknowledgement that they gave Hughton, and possibly more specifically Chester, too much of a carte blanche, rather than placing any new manager under impossible restriction.
I'm just supposing though, like everyone else. So won't let it worry me or use it as a stick to beat anyone with.
