Far better returned to buy three flats with a ?40,000 mortgage and pay an agent approximately 8% of income to manage The flats for you so you never have any hassles from the tenants.

Also the more you have the more appreciation of funds you get.

I have five of them currently and buying a few more at the moment, easy money
