I;m pretty sure it was on a sign alongside the roadworks for quite some time.

In other news the National Infrastructure Plan looks like pretty good news for Norfolk - they seem to be chucking a bit of cash our way and all the proposed improvements between Oxford and Cambridge and to the A14 are good news as well.
