I think Hooper was a big out of shape after the summer

Which is wrong but he's been back since mid September (Shrewsbury) and barely played. Frankly I don't believe Adams claim that some of that was down to Hooper himself saying he's not fit enough.

This all comes down to the end of last season where Adams made it clear how much he rates Hooper. Now though he's realised he might actually score a few of these sitters that we keep missing he's his number one fan!
