Just not strong enough.

When I was first diagnosed they gave me this massive pink painkiller in hospital which worked for a bit although I dunno what it was. I've broken my arm and that hurt less a massive gout off. You just have to grin and bear it until any drugs or treatment kick in and the inflammation recedes...
