Oasis have been crowned the most successful act of the last decade in the UK.
Following the success of Lyla, which topped the charts yesterday, the Book of British Hit Singles & Albums have announced the band have beaten the likes of Robbie Williams, Madonna, Britney Spears, Eminem and U2 to the accolade. The band have 766 weeks on the Official UK singles and albums charts. The group release their sixth album, Don't Believe The Truth on May 30.
