Appoint people we know and like as managers (preferably former NCFC players) and that goes back well before McNally's arrival which is why I believe Adams was appointed by the gruesome twosome from Stowmarket backed by their alleged allies in the boardroom i.e. Philips and Fry. McNally is no more than their puppet now.
