But letting him walk out, appointing hughton, leaving him in a job when it was clear he was wasting millions, out of his depth and taking us down (costing us millions more than roeder ever did), saying there was no one to take over in january only to hire the youth coach in april (how was he not available in january?), hiring the youth coach when other more experienced managers were available (did they go cheap, a yes man Or both?).
