Exactly, we've persisted playing players out of position.

From starting the season with Pilks, Benno, Redmond and Murphy as our wide players, we've been reduced to Redmond, Murphy, Lafferty and Wes.

We've actually unbalanced the squad. On any level that beggars belief, particularly as we have attempted to play 442 quite a bit this season.

Play players in their natural position and don't try to jam them into positions they're not comfortable.
