I would have agreed you on the Adams appointment before the season but he's done better than expected overall and it was always going to be the case that he'll have some things to learn on the job but he has manage to inspire the side from numerous losing positions to drawing and winning ones.

We are currently going through a bad run but I don't think it needs to be all doom and gloom, a win may see us in the top two again come the weekend. It may go all tits up and we'll have to sack Adams and appoint someone else. He'll fail I guess and then we are f**ked...we've been there before but we may come back stronger.

Things are never going to be a whole lot of different unless we give a guy a few years to implement a style/vision like Swansea did or have a lot of money pumped into us and a great youth set-up like Southampton have. Although those two may find themselves back down here in a couple of years...football is very fickle like that especially to clubs like Norwich.
