get the TV cameras involved, get bigger crowds to some games - ensure a set number of games are played at the club's proper stadium instead of the training ground/a local non-league or lower league ground

the idea is it gives the youngsters a taste of the bigger games they will play in if they make it to the top

or sumfink like that
