Hypothetically speaking, how long would the ban be in the following instance?
Got caught speeding a couple if years ago. Sent off licence to be endorsed. It never came back. DVLA had no record of points or speeding fine. Didn't pay anything. Licence still not back. Carried on driving as normal. When car was insured told them licence was clean. Been caught speeding twice in last 2 weeks (35 and 38 in a 30). GF just had a letter to say her car been caught again (let's imagine it was same person driving GF car).
Length of ban, size of fine - anyone?
