It is absolutely brilliant

and the adversarial nature of matchplay instead of strokeplay utterly transforms the sport.

The final day in particular is amazing. Essentially 12 different sporting fixtures played at the same time all contributing to one overall score.

I'm not a massive golf fan - but I'll watch the majors. However this is an entirely new level. Definitely one of the greatest events on the sporting calendar.
