What does your solicitor say?
I'm afraid I have no knowledge of family law proceedings but is there not a right of appeal to a higher court?
It may be that the video should have been submitted in advance. Judges are often funny about people producing evidence on the day.
The most bizarre thing appears to be the original judge removing themselves from the case. Presumably because they felt they could no longer be impartial due to their knowledge of the previous proceedings?
