help required if anyone has any legal knowledge pls
brief details my ex wife beat my then six year old up when she had her for weekend visit nearly 3 years ago she was stopped from seeing her for over a year as it was in and out court after just over a year she had to go to family's house contact centre in Norwich it went badly and after 6 attempts she still hadn't seen her a year a go her barrister pushed for a final hearing with access the judge said my daughter was not ready but her barrister argued and the judge who had seen it from start removed himself because he couldn't agree with her so it was given to another judge judge Richardson at Norwich what a prick never listened to anything I had to say or my daughters solicitor bullied the caffcass worker in to agreeing with him when before the start it was agreed she should still not see her mum and a contact order was set up against mine caffcass and my daughters solicitors will again this never worked my daughter kicked screamed bit and everything refused to go. well today my ex took it back to court I got a bollocking for not making her go when I tried to show a video of my daughter kicking off at hand over point he said he wasn't interested and refused to watch apparently I have to force her in my exs car he then said if she doesn't go next Friday he will ask for her to be taken into care despite her living in this house all her life 9 years having a half brother and sister living with her my family in village and her school can I get this judge taken off case be so glad as to any advice as now dreding next Friday ps sorry so long if bored you
