yeah his motivation skills appear to be quite impressive at the moment

and I am impressed at how many players were bombing forward from midfield in the last two games after HT. He has also made the right subs at the right time. Hard to say whether it will work out long-term though, a lot might depend on how well he buys if we do go up.
