I'd like to give you some insight into 'auto cashback' offers with mobile companies
They are to be redeemed usually, so not 'auto' like it sounds. When they say redeemed too, they mean in writing, and they'll give you 5-6 points throughout your contract when you can redeem
So yours is 140, they'd pay you ?27.50 (ish), in 5 blocks seperately
On some sites like moneysavingexpert.co.uk, there's various tales of some retailers not opening mail, so thus voiding that they've received correspondance from you, and so you haven't qualified for that phase of your money (as it's passed the date)
Many claimers have said they send the written claims recorded or special delivery, but there's no one there to sign for them
Don't take my word for it, but look into it. Even if you pursued it with a retailer which isn't in trouble, you'd have a lot of the above to contend with
