You could try to make a claim from your credit card provider
firstly, see what their terms are for refunding miss-sold goods as you might be protected.
If the terms of sale have not been fulfilled (you have not received what you had paid for) then you can claim it was miss-sold to you. Look to claim the ?190 back plus any cost of the contract.
